What is Pantone PMS?

Answer:

Pantone® Matching System (PMS) is a color scheme for decor colors where each color is represented by a unique name and/or number. It is a standard with ready-made recipes for exact colors, which means that you get the same color regardless of printing technique or material.

At Perma Press we use Pantone® Solid Coated color scale when specifying which color codes to use when printing our heat transfer. In order to see the correct shade of a PMS color, you need to look in a physical color chart.

We have selected 33 PMS colors that we put together in our standard color chart. If you choose a color outside the standard chart, a color mixing fee will be added.
