In May 2018 Alice Norheim succeeded as CEO after her father, the founder Egil Norheim. Egil made the choice to step aside and let the younger generation continue the development of the business. Alice has grown up with the company and she wants to keep running the business keeping the familiar touch. She has taken on the task with great enthusiasm and with the intention of setting her own vision for the company, at the same time keeping the stable and successful concept.
